Armidale Regional Council – Visitor Management & Staff Identification System

Armidale Regional Council had a requirement to replace their visitor management book and digitise the moment of visitors and contractors at the council as well as produce Identification Cards for their staff.
Identity Security provided them with IDS Reception and the Staff Identification Module on a unique URL which integrates with their Active Directory to record the host of the visitor as and produce Staff Identification from their directory.
Training was provided onsite with staff as a part of the change management process and everyone is happy!
